GALILEOS Shipmanagement's Quality Management Services is accountable for conforming with the IMO ISM Code. All the personnel in Q&S department are well trained with years of experience in shipping industry. Some of the Q&S responsibilities are:

• To maintain a very strong bridge between ashore and onboard vessels in order to ensure a perfect synchronize of performance and always under the standards and regulations provided by the Q&S system manuals,

• To work with close co-operation with the operation and technical department in order to inform and update the department, in day-to-day basis, for all the latest developments vis-a-vis the international regulations and standards,

• To provide, in specific intervals, internal audits about the operation of Quality and Safety system and report malfunctions, if any, and possible solutions for the resolution of any malfunctions,

• To elaborate and absorb any measures for the prevention of pollution and for the protection of the environment,

• To assess the QM system and suggest potential revision when appropriate,

• To ensure that all the relevant personnel gains the proper training,

• To organize and circulate all the appropriate publications both to ashore and onboard the vessels,
